Brand Description	We started with premium Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from California's prestigious North Coast AVA and 198 Kentucky bourbon barrels - and Batch No. 198 was born. First, we fermented the Cabernet to develop its deep color, firm structure and silky mouthfeel. Next, we aged the wine for three months in oak barrels previously used to craft 6 year-old Kentucky bourbon. Aging in bourbon barrels lends a unique flavor profile to the wine, imparting subtle whisky notes of vanilla, brown sugar, smoke and spices. After aging, we blended the Cabernet with a hint of Merlot and Petite Sirah for added balance and depth. View Less
