This spirit is inspired by the original English Sloe Gin, typically made with a small, purple fruit related to the plum. It is sweet, vibrant and complex with flavors of plum, sour cherry, marzipan and tart raspberry.

Old Tom Gins, Greenhook Ginsmiths adds very little sugar to this expression, resulting in a full-bodied, complex palate with juniper, allspice and cinnamon.
