This wine pops with aromas of blackberry, spice, blueberry, and sweet toasty oak notes. On the palate experience round juicy macerated berries, black plum, allspice, and blue fruit.

The Layer Cake Sea of Stones red blend is extremely dense and concentrated. Opaque purple, almost black in color, the aroma is full of ripe black fruit, grilled bread, pencil lead, wet stones, lavender, blueberry pie, and black cherry. On the palate there is layer upon layer of savory fruit, spice notes, espresso, and dark chocolate as well as rich, creamy texture.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon has layers upon layers of bold black fruit, silky tannis, and a rich mocha finish.

Layer Cake's Central Coast Chardonnay has delicate aromas of Meyer lemon, river rocks, and orange blossom. It is full in the mouth with richly layered flavors of pineapple, lemon curd, and guava.
