The nose is mild and unusually fruity, fading quickly into lush seaweed with charred sticks. It becomes soft and very slightly waxy or creamy, like fudge. On the palate the smoke is immediate and dry with creamy oak. Almond milk and light, sweet stone fruits emerge, joined by a trace of salt.

Sweet Maltiness with red berry fruit moves to smoke and pepper. Mellow and rich, then very spicy: a pure tongue coating sweetness joins a nutty smokiness to embrace those spicier notes. Drier and medium length finish with a lasting, smooth aftertaste, in which light peaty burnt embers can be found.
